General Information

The house is 2520 sqft. of living area with a small storage area in the remaining garage. It has stained concrete floors and an open floor plan. Although never flooded, roof damage caused by Hurricane Katrina in 2005 resulted in significant rain damage. The house was rebuilt in 2006 with the following:

Tankless (On-Demand) natural gas water heater
New 4½ ton air conditioner with 10 year warranty. The unit has a multi-stage compressor and a variable speed blower. It also has UV-Lighting in the return plenum for a better air quality.

Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Room
The living room and kitchen provide an open floor plan so that your family can enjoy time together while preparing meals. There is a 3 place bar between the kitchen and living room. The corner wall of the pantry was cut at an angle so that the person cooking can enjoy watching TV with the family. The kitchen has custom cabinets and built-in black appliances. The cabinets are finished with granite countertops. There is loads of pantry space that can support the needs of a large family. The dining room is large enough for a 9ft table as well as china cabinet and other large pieces of furniture. It is accented with a 4ft archway into the kitchen.

Bedrooms and Bathroooms
There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the house. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom making the house complete with 2 master suites. There is a large combined closet that is shared between 2 of the bedrooms. The junior master suite has an elevated floor in the bathroom. Both the shared bathroom and the junior master bathroom are complete with custom cabinets, granite countertops, designer faucets, sinks and toilets.

The large master bedroom is able to contain all of your furniture needs. The master bathroom is all custom designed with an extra large hot tub, matching large enclosed shower, custom cabinets, granite countertops and corner walk in closet. The master bathroom is complete with designer faucets, sinks and toilet.

Miscellaneous
The house also has an office, a study that is attached to the master bedroom and a laundry room. The garage was taken in as living space, but an area of the garage was kept as storage.
